RESUMO:

Computational systems and society coexist in a relationship that is strengthened with each discovery. The computational systems are present everywhere, assuming a determining role in the most diverse activities and areas. The environments whose systems are needed and designed, will be increasingly complex, social and technical. Thus the iStar Framework emerges as a modeling language used to prospect models (Strategic Dependency and Strategic Rationale) that captured and represent the motives and relationships of those involved in the studied environment. This approach has been used in several situations, such as telecommunications, air traffic control, agriculture and health. Despite this, the Framework has encountered barriers and difficulties for a wide acceptance in the industry, some experiences, already point weaknesses of the iStar Framework in front of complex systems or involving many actors. The objective of this dissertation is to implement and present a complementary model to the iStar Framework graphical models, initially proposed by Eric Yu, that allows the Framework to approach the modeling of the problems in a hybrid way. This new mode has the ambition to offer more attractive ways to help in finding possible solutions that will combat its weaknesses, mainly regarding scalability and modularity
