RESUMO:

The constant disruptive changes have impacted the tourism market. The behavior of the entire trade is constantly reshaped, transformed, requiring frequent and updated research. To understand how technology affects tourism, this paper proposes to integrate distinct theories (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2- UTAUT 2, Service Logic Dominant - Co-creation, Brand Equity, Perceived Quality, Image and Brand Awareness, but with substantive foundations to form a theoretical model that explains the antecedents of the intention to purchase tourism products and services online through the Online Travel Agency - OTAs. Therefore, the objective is to analyze the antecedents that influence the intention to purchase travel packages online, by investigating the factors that influence the intention to purchase travel packages online for the elaboration and validation of a model. Therefore, the research is exploratory, descriptive, bibliographic and analytical with a quantitative approach. It is a cross-sectional study as there will be a timeframe. The target audience of the study are individuals who use the internet to plan jar and buy travel products and services online. The study will use the structural equation modeling technique by SPSS 22 for Windows system, to test and validate the model to be elaborated. Data collection will be by structured questionnaire. As a consequence, it is expected to prove which factors influence the intention to buy online, and contribute to the literature on the theme of new technologies used in tourism.
