RESUMO:

the Ministry of tourism complete 15 years of operation in 2018,and in this period has been implementing public policies for tourism throughout the country.So, waited and speculated about the advances and difficulties of this body to manage tourism activities in the country. The central research issue concerning the unsatisfactory results of public policies of tourism, in particular, Tourism Regionalization program (TRP). Enlighten yourself as a factor in the investigation of the effects of the actions of the State in the field of tourism and parliamentary interference in the targeting of resources. The method that permeates the work is dialectical history, because we deal with social events where there are several factors that surround the analysis of public policies. The general objective is to examine the process of financing the tourism public policies of the last 13 years, having as a critical line of thought the function of parliamentary amendments. The methodology employed is qualitative-quantitative, since a single approach slope does not account for responding to the central problem. The main database used are the following: SIGABRASIL (National Senate Federal Public Budget Information System), Ministry of Tourism Transfer System (SIACOR), from these data we produce the tables, maps, graphs and illustrations. Another part of the work will be done with semi-structured interviews to meet specific objectives. Finally, it is understood that the work will contribute to rethink some of the main political and institutional guidelines of the Ministry of Tourism, as well as parliamentary amendments in the public budget.
