RESUMO:

The present study aims to analyze the accessibility to information in e-commerce, in commercial aviation, and the right of tariff choice for the decision to purchase the e-ticket, web check-in and check-in. The approach methodology is quali-quanti, through documentary research focusing on standards and guidelines for accessibility to information, arising from the performance of the network of international actors, from the airline industry. The data analyzed include developers of information and communication technologies, and universal infocommunication standards, among them, the International Air Transport Association [IATA], the Airports Council International [ACI]; the International Civil Aviation Organization [ICAO], as well as National Aviation Agencies, such as the National Civil Aviation Agency [ANAC] - Brazil; the Federal Aviation Administration [AFA] -USA; the Aviation Safety Authority [CASA] -Australia, the Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) - Canada, and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Europe- (countries investigated Germany and England). Regarding the applications of the analyzed e-commerce websites, 67 airlines are delimited, among them, 61 companies comprise the global alliances: Star Alliance, One Word and Sky Team. The analysis metrics occurred through Access Monitor, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines [WCAG 2.0] - W3C International Consortium. The longitudinal spatial temporal methodology, with a transverse cut, was the strategy to identify simultaneous formulations of international legal principles, Laws and guidelines for information accessibility in e-commerce platforms, according to the retrospective study phase in the Brazilian context between 2015 and 2016. The prospective phase covers: Germany, Australia, Brazil, Canada, USA and England, and occurred between January and June 2018. As a partial result, it is observed that, 57 companies did not pass the W3C accessibility standard, where URL recognition errors occurred for the evaluation of 09 companies. Only Asiana Airlines (South Korea) -Star Alliance- has been validated. There is a trend observed in the Brazilian context, as the accessibility to information is limited, and the consumer's right to choose between the tariff possibilities. Factor analysis is intended to reveal the level of significance of the theoretical dimensions that affect the consumer's purchasing decision.
