SUMMARY:

The Brazilian legal ecosystem faces a chronic disarticulation regarding continuing education, knowledge monetization, and the connection among its diverse agents. Legal professionals and students deal with a fragmented educational market, with generic and poorly segmented content, which creates a sense of isolation and hinders professional development. In parallel, professors and content producers lack specialized platforms that value their work, while law firms struggle to systematically train their teams. Given this scenario, the central objective of this study is to investigate how a digital platform that integrates education, community, and employability in a gamified environment can solve the gaps in training, connection, and monetization within the Brazilian legal ecosystem. The methodology adopted for the development of the solution, named JuriStudy, was guided by the Design Thinking and User-Centered Design (UCD) approaches, with an applied and exploratory nature. The process included validating the problem hypothesis through exploratory interviews with target audiences, mapping their journeys, and identifying their main "pain points." Based on these insights, a navigable functional prototype was developed, which allowed for the validation of the logical architecture and user experience flow before technical implementation. As for the results, the research validated the existence of a significant market gap, confirming the need for an integrated space that meets the specific demands of students, professionals, content producers, and law firms. JuriStudy was designed to unify continuing education, infoproduction, and development opportunities, functioning as a thematic social network that promotes constant interaction and updates. It is concluded that JuriStudy presents itself as a strategic and necessary response, with the potential to reshape how legal professionals learn, teach, and connect, fostering a more integrated, dynamic, and collaborative value-generating ecosystem.
