Digital transformation is an important phenomenon for society, as it allows the improvement of processes and increased efficiency in various sectors, in addition to enabling new forms of communication and access to information. Currently, we face major challenges in accessing information on how to transport cargo in the Amazon region. Cargo transport services are traditionally slow, bureaucratic and often inefficient. This makes it difficult for customers who need to send or receive goods to connect with vessel owners who can meet that demand. In addition, the slow responses and the waste of time having to go to the vessels, queue and finally ship the cargo to its customers.
