RESUMO:

Patient safety is one of the most addressed issues in the health area and is strongly linked to the execution of quality services and monitoring the risks that patients are having at a health institution. In this perspective, this work aims to validate a panel model for monitoring patients, through graphic representation, with data inherent to the main risks that patients are subjected in a hospital environment. The data presented in the dashboard is automatically updated every five seconds from the records made in the patient's electronic chart (clinical and surgical protocols, checklists, evolution notes, etc.) by all the professionals who provide patient care. The goal is to be able to contribute to a more effective care, speeding up decision-making on behaviors, favoring compliance with the quality plan, lower cost and shorter hospitalization time.
