Innovation in services is the implementation of a new one or significantly improved process. In the health services, the growing interest in the construct quality of life has increased. As a consequence, there is also an increase in the number of instruments to measure it. The work with health and wellness consultants, by the author, provided the application of some of these instruments and the formatting of a methodology with effectiveness in the reduction of absenteeism by illness in companies attended. However, the challenge in this process automation to scale the service guided the search for knowledge in this master's degree. The research proposes to develop a product with scientific and methodological basis that assists in the management of welfare by issuing reports that point indicators and enable the creation of an effective action plan with impact assessment. After several research and adjustments, the product was remodeled and Life Sprint (LS) was created whose value proposition is to offer a method that helps people and companies align their personal and professional life through a health and wellness mapping that guides a personal development plan focused on results and indicators. The LS was applied with 393 managers, from several segments, validated the tools and the method developed, meeting the needs and expectations of the client. As conclusion of this research, LS is an innovation in incremental type product, new for company and market. Immersion in the customer and the application of innovation tools have contributed to increasing and refining the business in addition to optimizing resources effectively.
