LGPD. LAI. Information Management. Transparency. Information Security.
This research aims to analyze the application of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), from the perspective of the Access to Information Law (LAI), in the context of managing administrative documents in a Federal Education Institute, focusing on use of the Unified Public Administration System (SUAP) to prepare official documents. The research will have a qualitative approach, based on a case study, being carried out in two stages: document analysis and participant observation, aiming to identify the challenges and practices in personal data management, aiming to develop a practical product, such as a guide or a compliance protocol or quick consultation access to the system, which promotes the optimization of compliance in the drafting of documents with what the legislation recommends, and, therefore, assists with transparency and security in the management of information and data processing. To this end, information management will be discussed, the use of systems to support information and data management, and then observe the practical application of the LGPD from the LAI perspective.
