LIVES OF SERIDO: IMPLEMENTATION OF SOCIAL MEMORY TECHNOLOGY AT CERES-UFRN

The aim of this project is to analyze and develop a public and democratic information network based on the use of the social technology of memory and life narratives at the Centro de Ensino Superior do Serido - CERES - UFRN, linked to the Museu do Serido/UFRN, valuing the cultural identity of the institutional unit and the region and providing an instrument for local research. In addition to related extension projects, it is planned to use information management as a way of planning the implementation and development of active and passive information collection tools. Methodologically, the project consists of the relationship between techniques and concepts of life narrative, social technology of memory, cultural identity, oral history and social museology
applied to a case study/action research (qualitative research).
