RESUMO:

The Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte – UFRN, has own systems developed by the institution and it has been worried about solve problems related to user's interaction difficults in these systems, which are incomprehension about how to operate the system, incompatible language with the user day-to-day, and others. Beyond, there are reports about lack of engagement for doing some tasks inside the systems because are considered tiresome and/or uninteresting. In order to solve system interaction problems when performing these tasks, the UFRN, through the Pró-reitoria de Gestão de Pessoas – PROGESP, developed the Gamification Project in the middle of 2015 early 2016. The Gamification has occurred on some functions of human resources system – SIGRH, between them the Training Needs Survey – LNC who has received a new interface with game elements. The Gamification Project followed the guidelines from User Centred Design – UCD, an approach of products development. This paper is a case of study that looked for investigate the LNC gamification process, verifying the characteristics of DFC adopted and which game elements have been used in the Gamificação, analyzing how Gamification and UCD can influenced the results obtained by the project. Besides that, we sought to evaluate the system with the user, using the Cooperative evaluation and questionnaire technics, analyzing the user perception about the system change and identifying whether could exist some aspects to improve at LNC. The research showed that the major part of users has approved the change brought and that Gamification and UCS has contributed to this result, but either revelated several aspects to be improved and treated to the tool can attend well the amount of user and his needs. One of these aspects is the accessibility that has not been accomplished in this Project but noted during the research with users and the need of a tool more objective, point that has been quoted by most users.
