DETERMINANTS OF INNOVATION IN TOURIST ORGANIZATIONS: A SYSTEMIC PROPOSAL

Innovation has stood out as the main differentiating element of organizations that seek to increase their competitiveness and differentiate themselves in the marketplace. Given this, the present research entitled determinants of innovation in tourism organizations: a systemic proposal, addresses the theme of organizational tourism innovation and tries to understand how the systematic process of innovation in tourism organizations occurs. The general objective of this study is to systematize the determinants of innovation for tourism organizations, having as specific objectives: a) Identify the innovation system of organizations; b) Characterize the determinants and conditioning factors of tourism innovation; and c) Systematize the innovation process for tourism organizations. Regarding the methodology, this is an exploratory-descriptive research and used the combination of quantitative and qualitative techniques, as expected and required for application of the evaluation instrument called MODITUR. As for the results, this research will allow us to know the real conditions of innovation present within the tourism organizations in order to understand the real scenario proposed by the universe of this research.
