RESUMO:

The constant crises that have affected countries, whether developed or developing, directly affect all sectors of the economy. In this context it is necessary to act in a planned and decisively to contain the devastating effects what crises promote. Tourism suffers the consequences of the crisis, mainly because not a priority for many governments and the population itself, which to avoid the effects, finishes cutting "superfluous" .For those moments of instability and crises do not spread to the point of derail the activity, it is important to put into practice actions resulting from a crisis management. In this crisis context, international organizations have gathered to discuss the best ways to overcome them. Behold, then emerges a concept used to portray the resilience capacity of adversity in which humans pass as an option for the management: resilience. Resilience then is treated as a major factor in disaster reduction, as well as the recoverability of adverse situations that culminate in crises that impact society as a whole .The fact is that without proper planning and management, no activity It remains long. It is up to managers to launch strategies to overcome the adversities and ensure the maintenance of actions that culminate in positive results to the destination. Understanding the dynamics behind the choices of managers, the adopted behavior, the approach that guides your actions and the representation/meaning that it has activity in which it is inserted, becomes, in part, more prepared to develop an effective and efficient management activity leading. In order to take a tour with resilient approach, it is necessary first of all to work this concept and this form of action on the actors of the activity. The resilient tourism stems from a resilient behavior of people who are responsible for thinking activity and make it happen. It is at this point that interconnects Resilience and Social Representation (SR) as guiding instruments of planning and management of tourism resilient. Resilience, as a methodological approach will help to analyze the behavior planner/manager, thus enabling to understand their attitudes tend to be resilient or not and how to create strategies, from their behavior, develop tourism with resilient characteristics. Through the SR, parameters will be presented to scientifically analyze what is called "common sense", ie ways of being given credibility to the thought of the individual, from the assignment of logic to it.
