The immanence of capital: Marx and technics
Karl Marx; Capital; Technics; Surplus value; Subsumption.
This work seeks to analyze the unfolding of a problem of technique in Karl Marx. To this end, this work starts with a discussion of technique in Marx, guided firstly by Daniel Romero's text entitled Marx and Technique, and then by cross-referencing this text with Marx's own, especially the 1963-1963 Manuscripts and Capital. After this, the work seeks to undertake a bibliographical review of the capitalist mode of production in Marx to analyze, in each of its moments, the technical developments of capital and what led the capitalist mode of production to revolutionize each of them, emphasizing Marxian concepts such as relative surplus value and formal subsumption.
