RESUMO:

The present work was elaborated with the objective of understanding the territorialities of the street vendors that sell on the beaches of Redinha, do Meio and Ponta Negra in the city of Natal (RN), from the perception to the everyday life of beach street vendors. From the theoretical point of view, dialogues were developed between the scientific fields of Geography, Tourism, Sociology and Anthropology, starting from the discussion about the human experience in the place, considering space as one of the dimensions of reality (GOMES, 1996). In this sense, the initial analysis was used in the category of territoriality analysis, since with it it is possible to visualize the culturally lived relations and its territory (HEIDRICH; PIRES, 2016), which is a "lived product" (RAFFESTIN 1993 , p.8). In this context, it has been identified that beach walkers develop commercial practices that involve other logics and resistances, which result in a unique arrangement of the place. The study provides a discussion that encompasses other authors who investigated the reality of street vendors within the scope of geography. As for the methodology, we are using the field diary, photographic record, interviews, dialogues and listening, fundamental means for the acquisition of information alluding to the everyday life of beach street vendors. In order to introduce this research, the work presents the results of a bibliographical research and the first exploratory fields on the beaches, thus obtaining the first aspects for analysis, involving situations that refer to home-work proximity, the conceived and lived in beach and the spatial organization of street vendors.
