SUMMARY:

Under the development of new technologies, the Aerospace Engineering is increasingly improving its equipments in order to assist exploration that goes beyond our Heliopause. An example of this is the launch of the space artfact Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) that has been contributing with photometric data to Space Sciences like Astrophysics in order to study various physical phenomena. As an exemple,  the magnetic activity  of stars can be fundamental in forming the atmosphere of exoplanets and impact your habitability as well as, it can trigger life in the orbit of type M stars, these are the most numerous stellar objects in the main sequence phase in the HR diagram. Based on these investigations, our work proposal is to produce a study through statistical analysis of the behavior of the flares in relation to their classification, rotational period and spectral subtype from a sample of 563 TESS stars of spectral type M . In order to contribute with data that serve to support or reject research that shows that there is a rotational preference for the appearance and behavior of flares in M stars, which may later motivate the development of a space telescope to investigate this phenomenon.
