RESUMO:

Introduction: The sickness and withdrawal to treat their own health has repercussions for the life of the server, but also reflects and interferes in the dynamics of the institution in which it develops its work activities. Objective: To analyze the morbidity of effective employees of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte for treatment of their own health in the period from 2013 to 2017. Method: The study will be a quantitative approach, with a cross-sectional design. The subjects of the study will be effective servants of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte removed for treatment of their own health. The data will be collected using two data sources: the Integrated Subsystem of Attention to the Health of the Server and the records with the records of the admission examinations of the servers filed in the Directorate of Attention to the Health of the Server of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. This research will be initiated after approval of the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte.
