SUMMARY:

In November 2022 the Secretary of State for Public Health of the State of Rio Grande do Norte (SESAP), observed in the RegulaRN System a large increase in the requests of patients affected by vascular diseases. In view of this, it was necessary to carry out intervention so that the regulation of these patients would happen in a more agile and transparent way. On this occasion, the RegulaRN - Beds General system was implemented, an exclusive page for the regulation of people with vascular diseases. As this measure required urgency, there was no time to create any instruments that would subsidize the action of the regulatory units. Through a systematic analysis of literature, the articles dealing with this topic in the last ten years will be analyzed, in addition to stratification of the data for the years 2022 and 2023 of the RegulaRN Vascular Beds System. Thus, at the end of this work, the Protocol of Access to Beds with Vascular Profiles in the State of Rio Grande do Norte will be presented, this being the guiding instrument of the regulations of beds with this profile.
