PROFILE OF GRADUATES FROM MULTICAMPI SCHOOL OF MEDICAL SCIENCES – INITIAL TEN-YEAR OUTCOMES.

Rural and interior communities, when compared to urban counterparts, have less access to healthcare and worse health outcomes. Between the strategies proposed to change this reality an important one is based on community involvement and improve regional selection criteria and graduate skills to facilitate retention of graduates in medically underserved areas. The Multicampi School of Medical Sciences (EMCM) is inserted on More Doctors Program and in the Rio Grande do Norte’s interiorization of Medicine school. EMCM complements the program by training doctors from retention in these areas. Now, this cross-sectional and qualitative research verified the work locations and previous experiences from 155 graduates using the National Registry of Health Establishments (CNES) online platform until December 2023 to analyze the graduates’ profile.
