n the search for innovations in teaching, there is a need for an innovative form of
assessment that is in line with the needs of the target audience. The National Common
Curricular Base (BNCC) recommends the creation of assessment tools that corroborate
student performance, giving1importance to the context in which they are inserted. The
present work entitled “The use of the physics cas@s game: an assessment tool in the
teaching of physics on Ohm's laws” aims to be na educational assessment tool on the
following content: Ohm's 1st law and association of resistors. The importance of the
product is that it is a board game, in which players will solve enigmatic, everyday cases
that occur in the rooms of a house and are explained by Physics. The difference of this
game is that it uses its recreational content as a proposal for team assessment; valuing
social interaction and considering everyday events as a reference to be studied and
assessed, resulting in the expansion of students' knowledge about the concepts of
electricity. In line with Vygotsky's learning model, the game provides social interaction
between players/students; they must be in high school and studying electricity, as this
is one of the requirements for the product to be used.
