SUMMARY:

The landscape, due to its relevance in Geography education, constitutes a concept that enables students to critically read the lived spaces. However, the reading and interpretation of everyday landscapes still present a challenge, especially when the content is approached in a decontextualized manner. In light of this, the use of multiple languages, with a focus on Digital Comics (HQDs), presents itself as a pedagogical strategy capable of promoting students' creativity, autonomy, and protagonism, as well as enhancing their reading skills and representation of lived landscapes. From this perspective, the central question was highlighted: How can the production of Digital Comics favor the construction of narratives about lived space, stimulating the representation and interpretation of landscapes by sixth-grade students? To answer this question, the General Objective was outlined: To analyze how the production of Digital Comic Books can promote the construction of narratives about the lived space by sixth-grade students and stimulate the representation and interpretation of landscapes, based on the comparison between real and digital landscapes. In this context, a Guide for the Creation of Digital Comics was developed and applied, aiming at the construction of original narratives. The research adopts a qualitative approach, of a dialogical and participatory nature, and its actions were carried out in a 6th-grade class at a state public school located in the municipality of Natal/RN.The application of the Guide involved stages of studying the concept of landscape and the language of comics, the creation of scripts, and the collective construction of digital comics, using the Canva® app as a creation tool. Methodologically, the proposal aligns with the guidelines of the BNCC (2018) and the DCRN (2018), which indicate the importance of addressing content thru different languages and connecting themes based on the students' local experiences. As a theoretical foundation, it engages with authors who discuss Geography Education and landscapes (Callai, 2018; Kaercher, 2011; Santos, 2013, 2023, 2025); the language of comics and digital comics (Ramos, 2017; 2023; Barbieri, 2017, Postema, 2018; among others), and digital technologies (Moràn, 2013; Pereira, 2019).The research is in the stage of structuring the codes for analyzing the comics produced by the students. This process is being conducted based on the First Cycle of Coding proposed by Saldaña (2013), using the Elemental Method with descriptive coding to organize and interpret the information, supported by the qualitative analysis software, Atlas.Ti.The partial results indicate that by appropriating the language of comics, integrating digital resources, the students were able to represent their lived landscapes with creativity and autonomy, constructing narratives that reveal critical perceptions of everyday spaces.
