Adequacy of the Public School Early Childhood Education Unit to bioclimatic zone 07 - Development of architectural design for the west of Rio Grande do Norte
Architectural Design. Dry and hot climate. Early Childhood Education School
This work consists of a preliminary technical report for qualification in a professional master's degree, whose theme is school architecture with an approach to comfort for the semi-arid climate. The main objective is to develop a preliminary project for a public elementary school early childhood education unit, more specifically for children aged 0 to 5 years, adapted to the hot and dry climate, based on the adaptation of the Type C standard project of the Proinfância Program of FNDE. The development of this project arises from the question regarding the adaptability of the standardized projects offered by the FNDE's Proinfância Program, considering a universe of municipalities in the backlands of the Northeast region, which do not provide technical staff of engineers or architects to make changes for better use. and implementation of this type of project. To develop the work, an in-depth theoretical-conceptual investigation was initially carried out on the topic of school architecture and environmental comfort, through bibliographical research and three studies of design references, which provided a catalog of design solutions to the problem. Next, the point of view of thermal, lighting and acoustic comfort in the classroom of the standard Type C project was evaluated, taking the standards NBR 15220-3, NBR 15575, NBR 5413, INI-C as conditions. From this, it was possible to propose adjustments to the standard project so that it can offer greater adaptability when implemented in cities with the same characteristics as the spatial area tested. Volumetric, structural, budgetary solutions and executive details will still need to be better developed in future stages
