ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE IN THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF RIO GRANDE DO NORTE

This paper proposes to study the Organizational Climate in the Legislative Assembly of Rio Grande do Norte (ALRN), from its effective and commissioned servers. This research has the relevance of bringing an organizational diagnosis that can subsidize a set of actions to be developed by the Human Resources sector of the ALRN regarding the behavioral aspects of its workers that has an effect on the administrative actions of this organization. The applied methodology to reach the objectives outlined in this research will be adopted the exploratory-descriptive research regarding the objective, the case study regarding the procedure and the quantitative research with application of a questionnaire that will enable to the development of measurement of the Organizational Climate Scale of the ALRN . For the treatment of the data will be used Excel software and use of the descriptive statistics from the Exploratory Data Analysis (AED) and analysis of categorial content from the literature of the area. Finally, the results obtained can serve as a theoretical basis for other similar works, and as a contribution to suggestions to be introduced in the work environment, providing a form of management, as a result of the study on organizational climate.
