MANAGEMENT IN MATERIALS: CONSTRUCTION OF A MODEL OF PROCEDURES FOR THE STOOL OF THE FEDERAL INSTITUTE OF SERGIPE - CAMPUS ARACAJU

The present intervention proposal aims to contribute with a model of procedures, capable of involving the improvement of the activities of reception, storage and distribution of the warehouse sector of the Federal Institute of Sergipe - Campus Aracaju. The improvement proposals will seek to integrate and coordinate the logistic flow of material to a better and effective reach in the management of the public resources applied in costing. The focus then on the supply chain is focused on important impacts on efficiency and cost control in the public service, in an attempt to maximize resources, delivering a better service for a lower cost. In this sense, based on the analysis and mapping of the internal problems of the sector, it will be possible to propose actions of viable improvements due to their organizational context and their real needs. Thus, it is characterized as a qualitative research, where data collection will be performed by a semi-structured script interview, questionnaire and a focus group, and data treatment through content analysis. The project also intends to contribute with an official model of procedures for the IFS warehouse in general, encompassing rectory and campuses, serving the north to such sectors throughout the state so that it directs its activities legally and technically.
