EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL PROGRAM OF ACCESS TO EDUCATION TECHNICAL AND EMPLOYMENT ( PRONATEC ) : a case study
Public Policy. Evaluation. Implementation.
This research project aims to evaluate the implementation process of the National Program for Access to Technical Education and Employment (Pronatec). The study is based, in general, in the Sequential Approach to Public Policy and specifically in the framework of the implementation phase, using the valuation methodology processes proposed by Draibe (2001) - The Anatomy of Implementation of General Process. The research is descriptive of the type case study, to be held at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Paraíba (IFPB) - Campus Picuí. Data collection procedures will be used to document research and semi-structured interviews with four subject categories involved in the implementation process: managers, technicians, partners and beneficiaries. The data analysis approach is qualitative, made by document analysis and content analysis (Bardin, 2011).
