STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR THE COMMUNICATION SECTOR OF THE RIO GRANDE DO NORTE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY
Strategic Planning. Organizational communication. Public service. Legislative Assembly.
Strategic planning is a tool used by institutions to contribute to the improvement of their performance, in order to achieve organizational objectives. Organizational communication is an instrument that seeks, besides translating messages sent to the various individuals of the institution, to help in the interpretation of the message. The present study aims to propose an intervention in the communication sector of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio Grande do Norte, based on a strategic planning diagnosis, SWOT matrix (strengths, weaknesses, opportunity and threats). It uses a methodology of the descriptive type, based on a qualitative and quantitative case study, which will have as a universe and sample the internal and external collaborators of the communication sector of the ALRN and also the users of the sector. These will respond to a structured questionnaire with open and closed questions, with statistical and content analysis. As a result of this proposal, it is hoped to elaborate a model of strategic direction, with a view to improving the communication sector, increasing the efficiency of this service and the effective participation of society in the process.
