THE IMPACTO F HOME OFFICE ON THE RIO GRANDE DO NORTE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY: A VIEW FROM TELEWORKERS AND MANAGERS

This dissertation deals with the impact of the home office on the world of work. In this context, it contemplates the transformations in the work dynamics, among them, from the type of face-to-face work to telework. The home office, telework category, is characterized by the activity carried out through Information and Communication Technologies. Thus, the objective of the research is to analyze the perception of teleworkers and managers of the Legislative Assembly of Rio Grande do Norte on the impact of the home office on their work. The methodological basis consists of research with a quali-quantitative approach. The research instrument of the study is questionnaires and interviews inspired by the study by Filardi et al. (2020). The expected result is to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the home office so that it can contribute to the Legislative Assembly's people management policies and practices and, thus, to public management.
