ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AND CRISIS MANAGEMENT IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION: the case of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio Grande do Norte between the years 2015-2021

This work aims to lead the discussion on organizational changes relating to crisis management, changing the case analysis of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio Grande do Norte between the years 2015 to 2021. The methodology used will be qualitative and exploratory with the documental analysis of bulletins, publications in official journals and also the publication of journalistic articles made over the years and filed in the Legislative House. Data analysis will be done according to what Bardin proposes, in categorical data analysis. The theoretical framework addresses Public Administration from Patrimonialism to New Public Governance; Organizational change; Communication and Crisis Management with emphasis on organizational change from Pettigrew's theory, which proposes to assess the contents of organizational changes, the context of changes and the internal and external processes in the environment of organizational change.
