SHARED SERVICES CENTER: COORDINATION OF THE ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING COURSE AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AN APPROACH FROM THE LEAN OFFICE PERSPECTIVE.
lean office; shared services center; processes management
This project aims to propose a Shared Services Center model for the Electrical Engineering area of UFRN, bringing together the Department and the Undergraduate Course under a lean office vision, seeking to eliminate the problem of shortage of workforce. Thus, the theoretical framework will address concepts of efficiency, process management and new public management, in addition to lean office and shared services center. Regarding the methodological procedures, this is an exploratory, qualitative research, under a descriptive approach that will use a case study, where data will be collected through bibliographical research, document analysis, open interviews and participant observation. After studies on the theme and structuring of the project, there is a latent possibility of academic and practical contribution in solving the problems found in the units studied.
