CONTRACTUAL AND LEGAL CONDITIONS IN HOSPITALS FILED AT EBSERH: A COMPARATIVE STUDY
Contract; Contractual and legal conditions; Managerial administration; Hospital.
Dissertation project takes as object of study the contractual and legal conditions of workers in Brazilian university hospitals. The general objective of this study is to analyze the employment relationship of these workers - RJU or CLT - is more efficient in relation to personnel costs; in the dimensions modality of contract; incentive system and time dedicated to work. The specific objectives are: to compare the description of the positions common to the two links and to select those prevalent in the two contracting regimes that represent respectively the administrative and care area and the medium and higher levels of training; evaluate the distribution of the time load relative to the time category of contractual and legal conditions; describe the incentive system with regard to salary and benefits and analyze the career plan the two models of hiring. Thus, research is justified by the contribution that it can provide for the analysis of the effectiveness of the management model, although this still lacks both empirical and theoretical findings. It should be said that this is also justified by the low Brazilian production on the subject studied. Since using various combinations of indexers (EBSERH/work, EBSERH/contractual and legal conditions, EBSERH/teaching hospital) did not return articles on the subject addressed in the study on screen, revealing a window of opportunity for the novelty of this academic production. Besides the personal motivation for the existence of this research results from the experiences of the researcher in the work context in transition, awakening the need to carry out the proposed study.
