The Graduate Program in Textile Engineering (PPGET) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Headquartered at the Department of Textile Engineering, it offers a Master’s degree program in the area of Advanced Textiles, constituting the lines of research in Technical Textiles and Textile Chemistry. The program was approved by CAPES in December 2016, being the first of its kind in South America, resulting from the excellent academic qualification and experience of its Faculty, which is now composed of 14 Professors. The PPGET started the 1st group in 2017.1, with students coming from different regions of the country.
