Presentation

The Department of Librarianship, DEBIB, Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte was created on October 29, 1992 in order to create the structure for the graduation in Librarianship. Within the Organizational Structure of UFRN, make part of the Center for Applied Social Sciences.
The DEBIB along with the course coordinator is responsible for the course of Bachelor of Library Science, which began in the first half of 1997.
