Teoria e prática dos procedimentos de avaliação fisioterapêutica, utilizando-se recursos tais como: Dinamômetro isocinético computadorizado, Eletromiografia, Sistema de aquisição e imagens do movimento (Qualis), Sistema de podometria computadorizada, Eletrogoniometros, Plataformas de força, Sistema de Treinamento da Marcha (Gait Trainer), Sistema de Suporte Parcial de Peso, Balance Master, Polissonógrafo, EEG e métodos de diagnóstico por optopletismografia, cinética de gases expirados e marcadores biológicos e morfométricos.
